I relate to the first two a lot! :-) I could really do better at meal planning.
this is my first week of meal prepping, i'm hoping it goes well! i'm feeling motivated and stuff ;)
I always think I can do a weekly meal prep when I'm at the grocery store, but then I get home and my ADD makes me forget all the things I was thinking of preparing....
I spent the week (at work, ha) putting together my meal plans, sorting it into a grocery list, before I went to the store. I used an app to help with all that. I picked two lunches to make twice, and thought about which containers i was going to put them into to know how many items i needed to make. THEN i had to figure out the ounces of protein and blah blah blah for my husbands calories. SO MUCH FLIPPIN WORK. let's see how it works out.
