Slow Cooker: "Baked" Potatoes

Grilled Salmon :: "baked" potatoes :: steamed broccoli

Slow Cooker "Baked" Potatoes:

  • Clean, and prick holes
  • Rub/Spray on olive oil, sprinkle with salt
  • Cover in foil
  • Put in slow cooker on low for 8 hours

These came out amazing! I haven't had a baked potato at home for awhile now so I was in heaven! The color is just a little weird on the inside, but its all delicious. The combination of the slow cooker with the olive oil and salt really make a difference on the skin. They come out so soft and yummy! Will definitely do this again.
